5-week course on Yoga’s 8-Fold Path

The course will include a study of Yoga’s 8 Fold Path. Each week will focus on a different topic of Yoga Philosophy as well as physical Hatha Yoga, suitable for all levels of practice. Topics covered include: Yama/Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, and Meditation. This is a special semi-private course limited to 5 students.
The course will be held on 5 consecutive Tuesdays starting on Tuesday, September 11th from 6:30-8:00pm. The cost for the series is $100.
